- 2 Medium sweet potatoes peeled and chopped.
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 1/4 cup ground almonds
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1/2 cup dates
- Pinch of sea salt
PreparationPreheat oven to 180°C
Boil sweet potatoes for 5 mins, then mash
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend till smooth.
Line a 20cm square baking tin with baking paper and spread the mixture our evenly
Bake for 25 minutes.
