- 1 cup Clover Krush Tropical Juice
- 1/4 cup milk, frozen in blocks
- 3 passion fruits
- 1 medium banana, peeled, cut into blocks and frozen over night
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 225ml coconut water
- Couple of mint leaves
PreparationPlace the Clover Krush fruit juice in an ice tray and freeze.
Place the frozen juice, milk, passion fruit pulp, banana, spinach, coconut water and mint leaves in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with extra passion fruit pulp.
