Roasted Garlic Baste

Ingredients

  • 7 oz butter
  • 2 whole garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Preparation

Pre heat oven to 350F.

With a small fork, poke holes in the garlic and season with oil, salt & pepper.

Wrap garlic in foil and place in oven.

Roast for 40 minutes until caramelized.

Mix the roasted garlic with the butter.

Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper (to taste).
