- 4 Tbsp loose lavender tea leaves or 4 lavender tea bags
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1L boiling water
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- Fresh lavender sprigs
- Mint sprigs
PreparationPlace lavender tea in a bowl, then pour over the boiling water.
Stir in the sugar, then leave to cool.
Strain the tea to remove the leaves.
Pour into a serving jug then add the frozen blueberries, lavender sprigs and mint.
Serve in tall glasses with extra ice.
