- 1 stick of fresh rosemary per skewer
- 4-5 prawns per skewer
- 1 tbsp marinade per skewer
PreparationUsing a wet rosemary stick, pierce through the prawns to create a "rosemary skewer."
Grill prawns over coals at medium heat.
Using separate brushes, lightly brush the prawns with the marinade continually for 4 minutes on each side until pink and tender.
