Gingerbread Smoothie

  • 1/3 cup cashew nuts, soaked overnight
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup cooked sweet potato
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp all spice
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 3-4 blocks of ice
  1.  Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
