- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tbsp stock fish
- 1 tbsp crayfish
- 1 tbsp all-purpose seasoning
- ½ lb dried catfish
- 2 tbsp palm oil
- 3 tbsp fufu powder (pounded yam)
- 1 cup spinach
- 3 tbsp Egusi
- ½ cup diced onions
Put 2 cups of water into pot and bring to a boil.
Add ground pepper, stock fish, meat of choice (dried catfish), with blended crayfish and all-purpose seasoning.
Stir together and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat.
Pour 3 tablespoons of Egusi and diced onions into a bowl.
Mix Together to form paste.
Put a pot on medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of palm oil.
Once heated, put Egusi paste into palm oil to fry.
Add fried Egusi into stock fish and meat mixture.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Add spinach into to mix and stir again. Heat for another 5 minutes.
