Fruit Mince Pie Bombe


  • 2L Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 6-pack fruit Mince Pies


Crush up the fruit mince pies. Softened the ice cream slightly and combine. Line a domed bowl with plastic film, spoon the ice cream mixture in the bowl and level. Cover with cling film and leave in the freezer to set back.

Take out of the freezer about 10 min before serving and allow to defrost slightly. Slice and serve. As a serving suggestion, drizzle with melted chocolate.
