- 1 pineapple (peeled and sliced/cubed)
- 2 tbsp curry spice
- 6 tbsp sugar
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
PreparationIn a large frying pan on high heat, sprinkle sugar and start to carmelize.
Add pineapples to the caramelized sugar.
Sprinkle curry spice over pineapple.
Coat all sides of pineapple in spice and sugar. Remove from heat. Chill in the fridge for 3o minutes.
Garnish with mint if desired.
