Ewan grew up in Gauteng before relocating to Cape Town in 2001. He is a Qualified Personal Fitness Trainer who has made it his mission to motivate and inspire people to change their lifestyles and ultimately become healthier and achieve higher levels of fitness. He has been modeling for the past ten years, spending four years modeling abroad before returning to SA. Ewan appeared on the Men’s Health cover in 2008 and that same year took part in the Men’s Health Look competition that subsequently launched his TV career. Each morning he will kick our butts into action, as well as inform us about nutritional myths and beneficial supplements. He’s not too bad to look at either!

Elana Afrika-Bredenkamp is one of the most recognized personalities in South Africa. She is well known for her past radio shows on 5fm and Jacaranda 94.2 and TV presenting for Mnet, Supersport and Kyknet.
She is highly influential in social media and is considered one of the most influential tweeters in SA. Elana also regularly produces video content for her self-produced show Handheld by Elana Afrika on Facebook and YouTube. Elana’s CSI work includes an ongoing mentorship program with her alma mater, Parow High School in the northern suburbs of Cape Town. She is also an ambassador for CANSA, the Sunflower Fund and the charity-extension of the Cape Town Carnival. She’s an astute businesswoman and university graduate and runs her own media consultancy. Her future business interests include a social media and content placement agency.
Elana knows how to play and still makes time for rest and relaxation: Elana’s hobbies include winemaking, kayaking and cooking. She’s a keen golfer and honorary member of several premium golf courses in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Her interest in the sport has seen her host the annual Gary Player Invitational and MTN Shoot-outs.
Leigh-Anne Williams comes from a radio background, having worked at Good Hope FM since 2006. In 2010 she moved from weekend radio to week day radio, entertaining audiences as part of Good Hope FM's afternoon drive team.
She has emceed numerous events from the Dinner for the Most Richest Women in the world, hosted by the Mayor, to celebrity functions. Leigh-Anne has also graced our screens in starring roles in series such as League of Glory on Mnet, to Montana and Final Verdict on SABC 2.
Leigh-Anne's energy and zest for life mean that no task is insurmountable for her. She approaches her work and life with enthusiam and is a vibrant, passionate and dynamic young woman.
Graeme Richards is a presenter, actor, model, writer and entertainment entrepreneur, doing a lot in the space where production and online media connect. On the back of nearly two decades of on-camera experience with SABC Sport, SABC1 and SABC3 and countless other live productions like Miss SA, before joining the Expresso family he was one of the anchors of E-TV’s breakfast news show, Sunrise.
Over and above the few local cameo roles his schedule has allowed, Graeme has also starred in a handful of feature films, having to pack on a few kilo's of muscle for the internationally released Starship Troopers: Marauders. Graeme is involved as a creative writer, presenter, producer and online strategist in a number of current television projects and a Martial Artist himself, very much affiliated with the Martial Arts Entertainment boom here in SA. Still in his early twenties, Katlego has achieved more than most could dream of. This qualified accountant is already a consummate MC, TV presenter and singer with one of SA’s top acapella groups. He is a new star on SA’s media landscape and is sure to impress in his biggest role to date. There’s no doubt that he’ll bring depth and genuine interest to his interviews, while his charisma, intelligence and wit will be a pleasure to wake up to.

Cape Town born, and Durban bred, Zoe Brown is the latest addition to our Expresso family, after winning 2015's Presenter Search on 3 competition.
A former Miss SA Africa Teen Princess, Zoe went on to achieve her BA Honours in International Relations from Stellenbosch University.
During her time at university, she joined campus radio and soon went on to host the Hit List Show. She then went on to host numerous shows on cape radio station, KFM.
With a love for media and social media, Zoe is sure to keep you entertained and in the loop on the Feel Good Breakfast Show.
